About Product Features
Yes, all TianaHair Wigs are made from 100% human hair. To verify, take a small strand and burn it. Human hair smells like burnt protein and turns to ashes when rubbed. Additionally, running your fingers through a strand should feel smooth from root to tip and slightly rougher in the opposite direction.
TianaHair standard size is Medium, with a circumference of 22.5 inches. Styles with adjustable straps have an adjustment range of approximately 2-3 cm for a smaller fit. Currently, we do not offer custom cap sizes.
Our wigs are designed to be worn without glue. The caps are secure enough on their own to stay in place. However, if you prefer extra hold, you can use glue to further secure your wig, but it's usually not necessary.
We currently do not offer customization options for designs or dyeing based on provided images.

Our wigs are packaged and shipped directly after styling, so the product you receive may have slight differences from the pictures. Additionally, small curls may become slightly frizzy during long-distance shipping. You can easily fix this by giving it a simple touch-up or hair care upon receiving the product.
To achieve a more natural look, a small amount of setting product is used on wigs with loose textures, like body wave or loose wave. Therefore, the curl will inevitably loosen after several uses or washing. You can use a curling iron to restyle it and use styling mousse to maintain the style after restyling.
About Using & Caring
You can dye wigs in natural black, but re-dyeing pre-colored wigs is not recommended as it can damage the hair. Consult a professional hairstylist for the best results.
For wigs with looser curls, wash them at least twice a week. Tighter curls should be washed once a week or as needed. Here’s a basic care routine:
- Saturate the wig with warm water.
- Apply hair conditioner and detangle gently with your fingers or a wide-tooth brush. Let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
- Wash with sulfate-free shampoo in a downward motion.
- Squeeze out excess water and dry it with a microfiber towel.
- Let the wig air dry in a well-ventilated area or use a hairdryer on a low setting
After washing, gently towel dry and use rollers to wrap the hair in its original pattern. For smaller curls, use curl-defining products like mousse or hairspray.
Yes, our wigs are made from 100% human hair and can be restyled using hairdryers, straighteners, or curling irons. Apply leave-in conditioner or hair serum after styling to prevent dryness.
Place the wig on a wig stand or mannequin head when not in use. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain its shape and quality.
Achieve your look in just three steps:
- Prepare and secure your natural hair, then place the wig on your head.
- Secure the wig using the combs, adjustable straps, or elastic bands inside the wig.
- If you have purchased a lace wig, trim the lace along the hairline and use glue as needed.
Yes, you can treat the wig just like your own hair. Even while wearing it, you can use a flat iron or curling tongs. However, avoid using hot tools too often as this can cause the hair to dry out and shorten its lifespan.
Other Issues
Curls may appear slightly frizzy after shipping. Simple touch-ups can restore style.
Some shedding is normal due to leftover cut hair from the trimming process. Gently combing with a wide-tooth comb will reduce shedding.
Short hair is left during the hand-sewing process to ensure the hair does not fall out. Use mousse or a hot comb to lay down the short hair.
