If we find missing information such as a phone number or unclear address, the order will be held for 5 BUSINESS DAYS. If the information is not completed within this period, the order will be canceled and refunded.
• Not Received but Delivered: If your order status shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 1 WEEK. Carriers may not accept inquiries about deliveries that occurred over a week ago.
